How to make
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Pour olive oil/oil in a large pan and let it heat up.
Put the potatoes to fry on moderate heat until they redden and soften.
Add the butter, garlic and chopped chili peppers.
After a few min. add the spices. Make 4 indentations and break the eggs in them.
Put a lid on and let the eggs poach (3-4 min).
Serve the dish sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
If desired, you can sprinkle it with more chili peppers.
