How to make
Wash and cut the vegetables into coarse pieces. Add the coarsely chopped garlic, the parsley and celery.
Pour the vinegar, sugar, honey, oil and salt in a pot. Add the black pepper and bay leaf. Leave the marinade to come to a boil and remove it from the stove after 5 min.
Fill the jars with the veggies, while also adding a crumbled aspirin in each.
Distribute the marinade into the jars and close them. Turn them with the cap facing down and leave to cool.
Store in a cool area.
