How to make
You need to wash the olives for the recipe and make salt water from water and salt. Cut the olives on one side and put them in jars and cover them with salt water.
For 21 days, change the water in the olives every 7 days and add new salt water. After 21 days, prepare a mixture of red wine, oregano, lemongrass, cloves, olive oil, water and salt. Mix everything.
Strain the olives, place them back into each jar and pour the mixture you made over them. Close the jars with pickled olives and leave them for about fifteen days and then you can consume them.
Store the pickled olives in wine in a cool and dark place.
