  • dried tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • basil - 4 - 5 sprigs fresh
  • hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olive oil
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers

How to make

Cut the cheese into cubes. Take a jar and start arranging - cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic cloves, sprinkle with spices, and pieces of hot pepper.

Repeat in the same way until the products are exhausted. Drizzle with olive oil enough to cover the products.

Screw the cap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 day (preferably 2-3 days). Serve the cheese with olives and fresh vegetables.
