How to make
Add the egg, chopped olives and oregano to the cottage cheese. Pour in the milk and mash everything with a fork. In a bowl, pour in the flour, baking powder, black pepper and salt.
Combine this with the cottage cheese mixture and knead a dough on top of a floured surface.
Divide it into 10 balls, arrange them in a baking dish with baking paper or in separate muffin cups. Bake them in a preheated 390°F (200°C) oven.
