How to make
Sift the flour into a large bowl. The butter is melted and added to the flour. Beat the two eggs. Add the water and a pinch of salt and knead the butter pastry dough.
When the dough is ready, put it in the refrigerator.
The onion is cleaned and finely chopped. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion with a pinch of sugar. It is removed from the stove. Cut the olives into strips and remove the pits.
The sausages are cut into cubes. The cottage cheese is added to the fried onion and the cheese is crumbled. Add the olives and sausages. Season with black pepper and salt, if necessary, according to the saltiness of the cottage cheese and white cheese.
Honey garlic goes well with dairy products and can be added if desired. Beat the remaining 3 eggs. The mixture is stirred. A greased quiche tin is prepared.
The dough is taken out of the refrigerator and rolled out in the shape of the tin. It is spread in it and there should also be a little on the walls as a border. Pierce it with a fork so it doesn't puff up.
Pour the cottage cheese mixture. Distribute it evenly. Bake the delicious quiche until done in an oven preheated to 370°F (190°C).
I can eat quiche with cottage cheese and olives for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
