How to make
Peel the avocado and mash it or cut it into thin pieces. Then do the same with the eggs. Cut the pitas in half and toast them in a saucepan. In a plate, put half a pita.
Spread it with half the cottage cheese, the avocado mash and season with soya sauce. Add 2 pieces of smoked salmon and egg. Sprinkle with black pepper and top the burger off with the other half of the pita.
Make the 2nd burger the same way.
