How to make
I love cottage cheese pastries! Especially when his majesty chocolate is involved, it becomes a magic of flavors!
First, I melt the butter and chocolate for one minute in the microwave. I stir to make a homogeneous mixture.
To it I add half a cup of sugar, cocoa, water or milk, baking powder and mix well.
Next up is the vanilla and flour. A thick batter is obtained and that's how it should be. If yours is sponge cake-like, just add another spoonful of flour.
I pour half of this chocolate mixture into a greased mold measuring approximately 20/35 cm.
On the mixture I distribute the cottage cheese, which is beaten with half a cup of sugar and one egg.
Spread the pitted cherries over the white mixture.
Add an egg to the remaining chocolate mixture and mix well. This way the mixture becomes more liquid and I easily spread it over the cherries and the white mixture.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) with a fan until it is fully baked!
Cut the well-chilled cherry cake into pieces.
You can sprinkle the juicy brownie with a little powdered sugar or cocoa. I didn't do it.
