Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4
  • carrots - 1
  • tomatoes - 1
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g), marinated
  • green onions - 2 sprigs
  • sour cream - 1 cup (200 g)
  • cheese
  • parsley - 3 sprigs
  • salt - 1 1/2 tsp
  • mixed spices
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • oil

How to make

Boil and peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes. Grate the carrots. Cut the tomato into cubes. Cut the onions into small pieces.

Mix all this in a deep bowl. Add the mushrooms, cream, parsley and spices. Mix well.

Then pour it into a greased oven dish. Grate the cheese on top. Put it to bake in a preheated oven at 329°F (165 °C) until the cheese gets grilled.
