How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Then peel them and mash into a coarse puree.
After mashing them, add the eggs, vegetable spice, oregano, fenugreek, thyme and black pepper. Stir well.
Pour the mashed potatoes into a tray and press and smooth out well with a spoon.
Peel the sausages and cut each in half. Make slight cuts along each sausage half. Arrange them atop the mashed potatoes.
Put the tray in the oven and bake about 15-20 min.
In the meantime, grate the cheese. Sprinkle it over the sausages and return to the oven for the cheese to melt.
Serve the Potato Casserole with Sausages warm.
