How to make
The potatoes are washed and boiled. After they cool down, they are peeled and cut into slices.
Place half of the potatoes in a baking pan, which has been greased with some of the butter, then evenly distribute the finely chopped ham, pickles and olives.
The remaining cut potatoes are placed on top of them.
Spread the grated cheese and thinly sliced smoked processed cheese on top.
Beat the milk along with the flour in a bowl, gradually add the eggs and sour cream.
The topping is seasoned with black pepper and two or three pinches of salt and spread evenly with the help of a spoon over the products in the delicious casserole baking pan.
The remaining butter is also distributed on top.
Place the potato casserole on the middle of a moderately heated oven 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 15-20 minutes until it's ready.
