How to make
Beat the egg whites into hard snow. Add the beaten yolk. Begin to add the sugar and beat until fully dissolved.
Gradually add the oil, milk, sifted flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, lemon zest, and pre-soaked in hot water cranberries. Spread the mixture into muffin cups.
Add 1 tsp of jam in each form. Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Sprinkle the baked muffins with powdered sugar before serving.
