How to make
Mix all the dry ingredients. Separately, beat the egg, add the oil, milk, marmalade and gradually add the dry ingredients with the chocolate.
In suitable greased forms or paper cups, pour in 1 finger width of the mixture. Put it to bake for 2-2.5 minutes in the microwave.
Garnish the ready chocolate muffins with a glaze or cream if desired.
