Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • vanilla liquid essence - 3 - 4 drops
  • white chocolate - broken into small pieces (grated with a knife)
  • blueberry jam

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar very well. Add the softened butter and continue to beat. Gradually add the milk, vanilla, flour and baking powder. Finally, pour in the crushed white chocolate and mix.

Pour the mixture into silicone muffin molds, by filling the molds halfway.

Place 1 teaspoon of blueberry jam in the center of each mold with the mixture.

Bake them in a moderately heated oven, until they aquire a golden color.

After baking, do not immediately remove the blueberry muffins from the molds, so that they do not flatten and remain fluffy and voluminous.

You can replace the blueberry jam with another type according to your taste.
