How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar (if using a mixer, work on the lowest setting throughout the preparation of the recipe).
Add the oil gradually and continue to mix. Add the yogurt, having previously put the soda in it so that it activates and during that time, continue to mix.
Add the sifted flour again in parts while mixing. After you have added half the flour, add the vanilla sugar, vanilla ampoule and baking powder, mix and continue adding the flour.
After adding all of the flour, add the milk.
Mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
I personally made the muffins in batches, because my muffin tin only holds six paper cups. For this reason, I made the first six muffins with blueberries (you can use any other fruit, as long as it is finely chopped). I arranged 3-4 blueberries in the molds and put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the molds (I fill them almost to the top).
I made the rest of the muffins with chunks of chocolate, and after crushing it, I added it directly to the mixture (it's best if the chunks of chocolate are bigger, otherwise they might melt) .
If you wish, you can make the muffins with only chocolate or only fruit or a combination of both :)
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) without a fan for about 15-20 minutes.
To check if the muffins with chocolate pieces are done, poke them in the middle with a toothpick. If the stick comes out clean, they're fully baked.
I got 18 muffins, but a lot depends on the size of the muffin tin and the molds. With a larger muffin tin with wider molds, 12 pcs. can be made.
