How to make
Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Peel the tangerines and separate the slices, remove the white skin. Put them in with the pumpkin.
Sprinkle them with sugar and mix. Put them in a saucepan, add the cinnamon and leave everything to boil.
Boil the delicious jam, until it thickens.
Remove the tangerine jam from the heat, remove cinnamon and leave it to cool.
You can eat it right away or pour the homemade jam with pieces of pumpkin and tangerines into jars and seal the lids. Then store it in a cool place.
