How to make
Mix the sugar and melted butter in the bowl of the mixer. Beat, add the egg and stir again.
Pour in the milk, vanilla and beat again.
In a separate bowl pour the dry ingredients - baking powder, nutmeg and flour. Stir and add the liquid mixture little by little.
Break up and add the chocolate to the vanilla muffin mixture.
Pour the mixture into molds. Pour a spoonful of liquid chocolate in the middle.
Bake the chocolate muffins for about 17 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Serve the vanilla muffins with 2 types of chocolate as an afternoon snack.
