Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • vanilla - 2
  • sugar - 15 tbsp
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • baking powder - 1
  • flour - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • pudding - 2 (1 chocolate and 1 vanilla)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Then, add the yoghurt, oil and flour with baking powder. Finally, add in the cocoa as well.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 20-25 min. It must not fluff up too much. Take it out and while still hot, make holes in it.

Make the vanilla pudding according to packet directions and pour it over the layer with the holes.

Leave it to cool well and for the pudding to harden. Next, make the chocolate pudding and pour it on top.

Return to the oven for another 25-30 min. Once you take it out, sprinkle immediately with walnuts and leave it to cool well.
