"A ladyfinger cake for unforgettable sweet moments with friends"

Ingredients

  • brewed coffee - 1 cup (Lavazza)
  • crushed almonds - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • ladyfingers - 9 oz (250 g)
  • milk - 5 cups (1 liter), 3.6%
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla pudding - 1 pc (40 g)
  • chocolate pudding - 1 pc (40 g)
measures

How to make

Brew the Lavazza coffee. We need 1 cup of it and pour it into a suitable oblong bowl or deep plate. On 2 heated hobs, put 2 pots with half of the milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

In a glass with 4-5 tablespoons of water put the vanilla pudding and mix it well until it dissolves. In a glass with 4-5 tablespoons of water put the chocolate pudding and mix it well until it dissolves.

When the milk boils, add the vanilla pudding into one pot and the chocolate pudding into the other pot and stir constantly until a smooth and thick pudding obtained (but not too thick).

When the puddings are ready, remove them from the stove to cool down. Mix them well and often.

At the bottom of the cake pan, put about 1/2 the amount of chocolate and spread it out evenly and smooth it out.

Dip a ladyfinger in the coffee and arrange a row of ladyfingers tightly next to each other. Pour the vanilla pudding gradually with a spoon and smooth it out carefully. Arrange one row of dipped ladyfingers in coffee on it.

It's time to add the remaining 1/2 amount of vanilla pudding. Apply it carefully. Smooth it out. Generously sprinkle it with crushed almonds. Leave it to set for 1 day. Cut it into pieces.

Enjoy! Eat the biscotti cake with a cup of coffee.
