How to make
Stew the onions and mushrooms in a little oil. Add the lamb and the puree.
Stir and add the spices. Dissolve the flour in a little water and pour it into the pan.
Add more water (about 400 ml) and leave the dish to simmer, until it thickens and the onions softens.
Sprinkle the kebab with chopped parsley.
Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.
