Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 2/3 of 1 package
  • eggs - 10 pcs.
  • cooking cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • basil
  • dried tomatoes - 5 - 6 pcs. marinated in olive oil
  • prosciutto - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Strain and mix them with a little olive oil. Slice the prosciutto. Pour the spaghetti into a bowl.

Add the prosciutto, grated yellow cheese, beaten eggs (4), cream, dried tomatoes and spices according to taste.

Mix well and distribute the mixture into muffin tins. Make an indentation in each one and crack 1 egg in them.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes. Serve the savory muffins warm with toppings of your choice.
