How to make
Boil the pasta until it is semi-cooked (6-8 minutes), remove it from the heat and wash it with cold water.
Cut the mushrooms and chicken fillet.
Fry the chicken and mushrooms in a heated pan with a little olive oil. Add the butter, season (salt and black pepper) and add the cream.
Leave it to thicken and add the tagliatelle, reduce the heat and leave them to absorb it. Add some parmesan cheese.
Serve them with prosciutto, a sprig of cherry tomato, sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil.
