Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 9 oz (250 g) fresh pasta
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
  • salt
  • sugar - 1/4 tsp.
  • ground black pepper - 3 pinches
  • fresh basil - 3 sprigs
  • baby mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Finely chop the garlic cloves and stew them briefly in a little olive oil.

The halved cherry tomatoes are added to them.

Cook, until they soften, but not become mushy. Season with salt and a little black pepper.

The fresh tagliatelle is boiled in salted water. Strain the water and distribute them into plates.

The delicious tagliatelle are covered with the prepared cherry tomato sauce, a few balls of baby mozzarella are added and they are sprinkled with finely chopped fresh basil.
