"Serve the spaghetti with dried tomatoes and pesto sprinkled with a little grated parmesan. Enjoy"

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • hot pepper - 1/2 tsp. of flakes (optional)
  • olives - 5 pcs.
  • capers - 1 tbsp.
  • dried tomatoes - 3 pcs. in olive oil
  • pesto - 1 tbsp. basil
  • parmesan - for sprinkling
measures

How to make

Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to directions on the package.

I used whole wheat spaghetti.

While this is done, remove the pits and finely chop a few olives.

Also chop the garlic and dried tomatoes.

Heat the olive oil (I used the one from the jar with the tomatoes) and fry in it, first, the garlic and if you wish, the hot pepper.

Once the garlic has released its aroma, add the other ingredients (olives, capers and dried tomatoes).

Fry them for a minute and add the strained spaghetti and about 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) of the water in which the pasta was cooked.

Also add a spoonful of basil pesto, stir.

Serve the spaghetti with dried tomatoes and pesto sprinkled with a little grated parmesan.

Enjoy your meal!
