Ingredients

  • dried tomatoes - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g) white brine
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. (or until desired consistency is reached)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • garlic - 2 pinches, powdered
  • dried parsley - or dried dill for sprinkling
  • walnuts - optional
  • olive oil - to taste

How to make

Place the dried tomatoes (marinated in olive oil) in the jug of a blender.

Add the cheese, sour cream, a little olive oil, black pepper and garlic powder. You can also add raw nuts and dried parsley or dill.

Blend until you get a smooth cream and, if you wish, flavor it or adjust the consistency according to your preferences, by adding more sour cream.

Serve the savory cream with toast.
