How to make
Place the dried tomatoes (marinated in olive oil) in the jug of a blender.
Add the cheese, sour cream, a little olive oil, black pepper and garlic powder. You can also add raw nuts and dried parsley or dill.
Blend until you get a smooth cream and, if you wish, flavor it or adjust the consistency according to your preferences, by adding more sour cream.
Serve the savory cream with toast.
