How to make
Stew a finely chopped onion with the grated carrots and the broccoli.
Add the rice and sun-dried tomatoes.
Fry them a little and add 3 cups of water. When the rice is cooked, add the spices, cream and processed cheese.
Stir the risotto well, until the cheese has melted.
Serve the dish while it's warm, as a side dish to meat or as a main course.
