How to make
Fry the onions in the butter. Stir and add the chopped slices of pork. Stir, fry and season with soya sauce and black pepper.
Then add the sliced mushrooms and vegetables. Finally, add the rice, garlic, olives and 3 cups of water. Allow to stew over low heat, stirring periodically.
Once the rice is cooked, let the dish cool a bit and add the cream, mustard and chopped fresh dill. Stir and serve warm.
