How to make
Take out all the products so they adjust to room temperature. Break the egg and separate the yolk from the egg white. Mix the yolk with the yoghurt in which you've extinguished the baking soda and then leave it aside.
Sift the flour and mix it with the parmesan. Gradually add this mixture to the first and then add the beaten into foam egg white. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Scoop small amounts of it and place in a lightly greased skillet. Fry evenly on both sides.
