How to cook
The octopus is boiled well over low heat for 2-3 hours.
Then take it out and leave it cool for 10 minutes.
When it has cooled, cut it into pieces.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the chopped octopus to it.
Fry it well, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley and pour the pan-fried octopus with the juice from the grapefruit.
