"Fried peanuts are an excellent beer appetizer for friendly company and a good conversation"

Ingredients

  • peanuts - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 level top tsp.
measures

How to make

Heat the pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the peanuts and reduce the heat. The heat should not be very high, but also not too low.

Fry, until they start to aquire a slightly golden color, by stirring at all times, without stopping. Be very careful, because they can very easily burn.

Keep in mind that once you remove them, they continue to fry, even if they are not on the stove.

I always remove them just before they're ready and they're perfectly fried every time.

Take them out with a slotted spoon and place them into a plate. Immediately add the salt and mix well.

Leave them to cool completely.

Store this beer appetizer in clean jars with lids.

This way you will have pan-fried peanuts for a long time - an appetizer for beer or the wine.
