How to make
Clean the octopus by removing its skin. Cook the octopus for about 30 minutes in hot water.
Meanwhile, prepare the oil dressing, finely chopped (or pressed) garlic, salt, pepper, half of the squeezed lemon juice and oregano (spices of your choice).
Remove the cooked octopus and cut its tentacles, pour the dressing over it and leave it to marinate for about 60-90 minutes and cover the dish with foil.
The flavored tentacles are fried (baked) in an ordinary frying pan or a grill pan (I personally made them using a grill pan) for about 10-15 minutes.
Place the cooked octopus tentacles on a plate, pour the remaining half of the lemon juice over them and serve.
