How to make
We wash our octopus tentacles and cut them one at a time, since they are two by two.
We put them in a vessel with a lid, pour enough water to cover them, add the salt, black peppercorns and allspice, the onion, which we cut into 4ths, and place whole cloves of garlic.
Finally, we add 2 tablespoons to them, letting them cook on a low heat, after 35-40 minutes they are pricked with a sharp skewer to check if they have softened.
If they are soft, remove them, if not, leave them until they soften.
We remove the vessel from the heat and leave them for 24 hours to rest and absorb the aromas.
When the time is up, we preheat our grill and when it's really hot, we put the octopus tentacles on the grill for 3-4 minutes.
