How to make
First, wash the squid tentacles well and put them in a pot of water to boil.
Boil them for about 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Strain the water and if the pieces are large, cut them into small or medium bites or pieces and make the breading.
In a bowl, crack an egg, add more salt, beer and flour, mix well and make the breading like porridge, then dip the squid inside the breadcrumbs and fry them in heated fat.
After frying the breaded squid, add a little salt.
Serve the breaded squid tentacles warm as a beer appetizer.
