How to make
Melt the butter in the pan and add a little oil. I directly add the mussels and add salt and black pepper.
I cut the onion and finely chop the garlic and dill. I add the onion to the mussels.
After the onion is lightly fried, I add the wine. I squeeze half a lemon and add lovage, let it cook, by stirring occasionally. At the end, I pour in the garlic and dill and after a minute I remove it from the heat.
I pour the pan-fried mussels into a deep plate and cut the other half of the lemon for decoration and additional flavoring.
The pan-fried mussels with dill and garlic turn out great!
