How to make
Peel and grate the beets, carrots and pears (green but sweet).
Wash and finely chop the tender green leaves – chard, arugula, parsley and green onions. Add them to the bowl with the grated vegetables and fruits, along with the crushed walnuts.
Season to taste with Himalayan salt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and unrefined sunflower oil.
Mix to flavor the salad evenly and serve it fresh. A great combination for this salad is rice, since it softens the rich taste.
