How to make
We roll out the dough into a sheet. We add the crumbled white cheese.
Roll it up and cut it into snails.
Place them on baking paper in a tray.
Spread them with a beaten egg and sprinkle with cumin or sesame seeds.
Bake the rolls in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
The puff pastry snails are ready.
