How to make
We wash the green spices.
We can chop them very finely, but I personally grinded them in a blender.
Peel the garlic and press it, if you wish, it can also be grated on a fine grater.
We mix the tomato puree with the green spices and add salt, sugar and black pepper to your taste. Boil on the stove for a few minutes until the tomato sauce thickens.
The barbecue sauce is ready and can be served.
Serve it with your favorite grilled steaks or hotdogs. The perfect meat sauce!
