How to make
Boil the spaghetti as directed in boiling salted water and strain them.
Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add chopped garlic cloves to fry and pour the cooking cream, cream cheese and Parmesan or grated yellow cheese, whatever you have on hand.
On low heat, stir with a wire whisk to prevent burning, until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Season it with salt and black pepper, mix it with the spaghetti and serve the portions with a few fresh basil leaves.
