"If you are wondering what the secret is to a good spaghetti, here is a hint it is all about the sauce!"

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sauce
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • oil - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • cooking cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • parmesan - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil leaves

How to make

Boil the spaghetti as directed in boiling salted water and strain them.

Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add chopped garlic cloves to fry and pour the cooking cream, cream cheese and Parmesan or grated yellow cheese, whatever you have on hand.

On low heat, stir with a wire whisk to prevent burning, until a smooth sauce is obtained.

Season it with salt and black pepper, mix it with the spaghetti and serve the portions with a few fresh basil leaves.
