How to make
Finely chop the leeks, onions and put them together with the broccoli to saute in the heated lard. Cut the liver into thin slices and add them after the vegetables soften along with the sesame seeds (amount as desired).
Season with spices and lemon juice to taste. Optionally, you can add a little soya sauce. Boil the rice with a little oil and vegetable spice.
Serve the dish on a bed of rice, with the liver, leeks and broccoli on top.
