Cut the chicken into chunks and roll it in salt and black pepper and fry it.
After frying it lightly enough to change color, take it out and fry the leeks, which have been cut into circles, in the same fat.
As the leeks soften, add the broccoli and chicken. Leave everything to stew.
Finally, add the water and cream and leave the dish on low heat.
Add as much salt and black pepper as you like to the dish.
