How to make
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water, then mash them without the water in which they were cooked.
Use a food blender and combine the mashed potatoes, broccoli, eggs, flour, salt and spices until they form a kind of dough.
Cut the leeks into small pieces and mash. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Divide the dough into 16 balls and roll them out to a thickness of 1/4″ (0.5 cm).
Fry on both sides until golden for 5 minutes. Serve with a light salad and garlic bread.
