Grate the potatoes coarsely with a grater. Add salt and pepper to taste, egg, flour, fried onions and pre-grated parmesan.
Preheat oil in a Teflon pan and pour in the mixture, spread it gently with a spoon and fry the potato pancakes on both sides.
Serve the potato pancakes with parmesan garnished with fried mushrooms in butter, mixed with garlic and dill.
