How to make
Using the egg, flour, salt and milk- make a batter. Peel and grate the potatoes. Add them to the dough and mix.
Form the dough into small flat discs (like small schnitzels) and fry them on both sides in butter until golden and crispy.
They're usually served as a side dish to roast pork, with a little bit of slightly pressed fresh blueberries added.
