How to make
Wash the potatoes and put them to boil. Peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the milk and flour as necessary to obtain the density required for a pancake batter.
Chop the green onions and add them to the grated potatoes along with the spices. Pour in the pancake batter and mix. The density needs to be like that for a cake batter; if necessary, add more milk or flour.
Preheat a lightly greased Teflon pan and using a ladle, pour in some of the mixture. Fry these pancakes on both sides. Serve them with a stuffing and garnish of your choice.
