How to make
Put the flour in a bowl and roll the chicken breasts in it on all sides. The chicken breasts need to be thin (you can tenderize them a little with a wooden mallet beforehand). Heat the butter in the pan and put the chicken breasts in it.
Cook for half a minute and flip them over. Cook for half a minute on medium heat. Pour in the white wine and season with salt. Let the wine evaporate briefly at moderate heat.
Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken breasts, covering them. Pour on a little of the sauce, so that the cheese starts to melt and then cover with a lid. Cook until the cheese melts. Serve with finely chopped fresh parsley.
