How to make
Clean the chicken and salt it. Sprinkle it with black pepper and chicken seasoning.
Spread it generously with melted butter and soy sauce. Put it in a suitable baking pan and pour the wine.
Wrap it tightly with foil and roast the chicken for about 50 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Unwrap the chicken and continue baking, until golden brown.
Before it is ready, sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and roast it for another 2-3 minutes.
