How to make
Wash the chicken legs well. Clean and peel the onion and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into chunks and the onion into thinner crescents.
Divide the garlic into cloves and remove only the outer skin without peeling the cloves completely. Optionally, you can mash half of them to release their flavor into the chicken and potatoes.
Grease the bottom of a wide baking pan with three spoons of oil. Add the potatoes and chicken. Sprinkle with salt and spices.
Mix the wine, water, tomatoes and vegetables. Pour the products into the baking pan and mix well with your hands so that everything is distributed evenly and sticks to the meat and vegetables.
Drizzle with the remaining three spoons of oil, wrap the baking pan with the chicken and potatoes in aluminum foil and place it in an oven at 340°F (170°C) for 1 hour.
Remove the foil, put the butter on top and bake the chicken legs with potatoes, onions and white wine until they acquire a golden brown color.
Enjoy your meal!
