How to make
Clean the shrimp by removing the heads, but leave the shells.
Heat the butter. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves.
Add the shrimp. Sprinkle with the olive oil and stir gently until the shrimp change color.
At the end of cooking, pour plenty of soy sauce over them. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle the shrimp.
Before serving, add slices of lemon and finely chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately and consume warm.
