How to make
Put the oats in a blender and add only 2 cups of water. Leave them for 10 minutes, so that they soften.
Add the remaining water and the salt. Blend in a food processor on high speed.
Remove, strain and store them in a closed jug in the refrigerator. This plant milk lasts up to 2-3 days.
*Do not throw away the rest of the oats. You can also use them to make an yogurt and fruit breakfast, for American pancakes, etc.
